Managing Paper & Time
Too much paper is a primary irritant of American homes and offices. Junk mail, bills, cancelled checks, mass emails (I think you get the picture) can sneak up on you and take over your life before you know it. There are so many simple ways to avoid this sneak attack. We make it possible to reduce this clutter once and for all.
Where does the time go? Finding enough time in your day to get everything done can seem like a daunting task. We will teach you how to find the time that is wasted and begin using that time to be productive. With a few simple changes, you can begin living a healthier, happier, more organized life.
Light Cleaning
Room to Breathe is a clutter control service, not a cleaning service. Although, overall cleanliness is a part of freeing yourself from the clutter and we do offer light cleaning in combination with clutter control services. All products are environmentally safe and not tested on animals.
Follow Up Support
Room to Breathe offers consulting services before, during, and after your organizational goals have been met. We will follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days after your initial service to ensure that your goals have been successfully reached. There are many ways to stay organized and follow up services will help you to do just that. The follow up will be via email or phone, with a personal visit if necessary. Our goal is to make sure that together we have reached and maintained the action plan we had earlier developed.

Initial Consultation : No charge for up to 30 minutes within a 15 mile radius of State College. A .585 (or current government standard) per mile charge will apply outside the 15 mile radius. Please call for pricing.
Begin to Breathe Package : 2 hours of time and service
A consultation to determine your needs and get you on your way to living a more organized life. Will include ideas and solutions to better organize your space(s). Package includes:
- Discussion Notes
- Needs Assessment
- Ideas for purchase. We will identify existing in-home resources and also provide alternative solutions for any budget.
- 30, 60 and 90 Day Follow Up
Easy Breathing Package : 5 hours of time and service
A consultation to determine your needs and will include ideas and solutions to better organize your space(s). Empower yourself to improve the areas of your home or office.
We will provide one-on-one service in organizing the determined space. Package includes:
- Discussion Notes
- Needs Assessment
- Shopping Assistance (if requested) or ideas for purchase. We will identify existing in-home resources and also provide alternative solutions for any budget.
- One-on-One application of organizing techniques
- 30, 60 and 90 Day Follow Up
Maintenance Plans : We can customize a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance plan for you. Discounts may apply.
Donation and/or Trash Drop-Off : $20 per vehicle load (tax receipt available upon request)
Gift Certificates : Minimum of one hour required and does not apply to organizing merchandise. Please note, Gift Certificates are NOT refundable. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Group Discounts : Discounts available to groups of 3 individuals or more. Please call for more information.
Referral Program: Anyone you refer that books a minimum of 4 hours, will entitle you to a 20% discount coupon off your next service with us.
Cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be done within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation of a scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be billed a minimum 1 hour fee or 25% of the agreed upon project fee for the time scheduled. This will be payable immediately.
