The initial consult takes place in your home. We’ll discuss your staging needs for each space and start talking about a plan of attack. We may even share some tips with you the spot!
Get Staged and Organized!
We’ll schedule our hands-on staging sessions! We can tackle just one project at a time or tackle everything identified during the initial consult. You make the final decision on if something stays or if it goes. How long your project will take depends on several factors. Room to Breathe also provides time saving services for your project:
Shopping for organizational products and supplies within a budget you provide (hourly rate does apply)Donation Drop Off at local charities (make sure to request a receipt if you would like one for tax deduction purposes) ($25 per vehicle load)
Certified Shredding of all documents to ensure safe and effective destruction of private information. $10 per file size box or large quantity rates quoted as needed. Certificate of Destruction is provided upon shredding.
eBay, Craigslist or other Sale Venue for your items of reasonable value to be sold. Room to Breathe does collect 30% of final selling price (shipping, fees, packing, etc excluded from final selling price). 30% does not apply to outside auction arrangements made for client by Room to Breathe.
Clutter and chaos have a way of creeping back when you’re not looking. With our Maintenance Program Room to Breathe can make routine visits to help you stick to your committment to maintaining a staged home.
We also assist on properties that are tenant occupied. Believe it or not, we had one property where we went before the showing to stage the home and then went back after the showing to make things messy again. That’s the way the tenants liked to live, but that didn’t work for selling the house. It was an unique project for us, but it paid off with the house selling quickly in under 2 weeks (after sitting on the market for months and months unstaged).

Follow Up Support
Room to Breathe offers consulting services before, during, and after your organizational goals have been met. We will follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days after your initial service to ensure that your goals have been successfully reached. There are many ways to stay organized and follow up services will help you to do just that. The follow up will be via email or phone, with a personal visit if necessary. Our goal is to make sure that together we have reached and maintained the action plan we had earlier developed.
