 The initial consult takes place where you most need some room to breathe.  We’ll discuss your organizing needs, ideal solutions and goals for each space and start talking about a game plan to attack.

Get Happy, Get Organized!

We’ll schedule our hands-on simplifying sessions!  We can tackle just one project at a time or tackle everything.

We like to work when you are at your highest energy.  If you’re a morning person, we’ll schedule in the morning.  If you’re an afternoon person, we’ll schedule in the afternoon.  And if you’re a night owl….hmmm, we’ll need to discuss some other options.

We typically work in sessions of 2-4 hours to ensure success without burn out.  You make the final decision on if something stays or if it goes.

The length of your project can vary.  Room to Breathe can provide time saving services for your project:

Shopping for organizing products and supplies (hourly rate does apply)

Donation Drop Off at local charities (request a receipt if you would like one for tax deduction purposes)  ($25 per vehicle load)

Certified Shredding of all documents to ensure safe and effective destruction of private information.  $10 per file size box or large quantity rates quoted as needed.  Certificate of Destruction is provided upon shredding.  Hard drive destruction is also available.

eBay, Craigslist or other Sale Venue for your items of reasonable value to be sold.  Room to Breathe does collect 30% of final selling price (shipping, fees, packing, etc excluded from final selling price)

Our Maintenance Program allows Room to Breathe to make customizable visits to help you stick to your committment to living a simpler life.  Maintenance Programs may be eligible for package discounts.  Just ask!

Where does the time go?  Finding enough time in your day to get everything done can seem like a daunting task.  We will teach you how to find the time that is wasted and begin using that time to be productive.  With a few simple changes, you can begin living a healthier, happier, more organized life.

Interior Redesign

Room to Breathe loves, loves, loves to repurpose what you already own!  It’s amazing what you can do with items already in a home or office; rest assured we will only have you purchase new if there’s absolutely no way something is going to be functional for you.  We can help you find new life for old items, assist in selecting inspiring paint colors, and really creating a space that reflects you.

Follow Up Support

Room to Breathe offers consulting services before, during, and after your organizational goals have been met.  We will follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days after your initial service to ensure that your goals have been successfully reached.  There are many ways to stay organized and follow up services will help you to do just that.  The follow up will be via email or phone, with a personal visit if necessary.  Our goal is to make sure that together we have reached and maintained the action plan we had earlier developed.

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Room to Breathe does not confirm appointments. The first step in getting organizing is being responsible to contact us in the event of an session scheduling issue or conflict.

We spend time preparing to meet with you & require notice to adjust our schedules.  Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be billed at the scheduled session total. For clients using pre-purchased packages this will be deducted from your remaining hours.

Please be prepared at our scheduled start time; our services (and the clock) begin immediately upon our arrival. We want you to get the most from our time together!  Take a moment to review the Committment Form we will ask you to sign prior to our first session.  This is not a contract, but rather you committing to yourself for your own success.

The Buddy System (Group Discounts)

Discounts available to groups of 3 individuals or more. Get some of friends together for some power life simplifying!  Turn on tunes, dress comfy, and come ready to work!  We’ll teach you each how to start tackling the clutter using a team approach and have fun while we’re doing it!

Payment Policy

Payment for services and/or products are due by cash or check at the end of each session. However, you may enjoy the savings of our pre-paid package discounts so make sure to ask!

Room to Breathe currently does not accept credit cards.

We understand what’s running through your mind right now. “I can’t believe Room to Breathe isn’t accepting credit cards! This can’t be true!”   But before you write us off,  let’s us explain ourselves…clutter can manifest itself in our financial lives just like it can anywhere else in the home or office.  We encourage smart spending habits and discourage the use of buying on credit.  We do allow for Debit cards because it means cash is available.

PayPal Debit Card payments are available with a 3.5%  of total invoice amount service charge.

* Room to Breathe recognizes that it is impossible for us to ensure that every PayPal transaction has complied with our debit card policy. We trust that all of our cleints hold EXCEEDINGLY high levels of INTEGRITY and maintain EXTRAORDINARILY high standards of TRUTH and HONESTY.  Stick to our policy, NO CREDIT CARDS, and make us all happy.

The fee for returned checks is $40.

Room to Breathe abides by the high standards of objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism outlined in the NAPO Code of Ethics. We are a truly professional organizing company and pledge to serve you with integrity in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.

Room to Breathe keeps confidential any personal, business or contact information you provide us online, over the phone or in person. We will not sell or share your information.

Service Areas

Serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Vermont, and Colorado, but anywhere is an option so just ask!

A per mileage rate of .585 applies for travel beyond a 15 mile radius of zip code 16801.

Extensive travel (2 or more hours one way) may aslo be charged a daily per diem for lodging and/or food.  Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs…we try to be as accomodating as possible.
